Hiring an employee can start as a temp job. It provides an opportunity to test the cooperation, before you both are committed to a contract. A swift, simple and efficient solution!

After 3 months of temp job the new employee can be hired with no additional fees. If the employment happens before the 3 months, a proportional fee will be calculated. 

Should the candidate during the first 3 months, against expectations, not be the right match for the position, we will naturally find a qualified substitute.
